Leadership is represented by the L in Leaders. This section of the program emphasizes the importance of maintaining organization, managing communication efficiently, and working in a team environment. I took an Industrial/Organizational Psychology course as one of my leadership classes. This course covered stress and worker well-being, staffing decisions, training and development, and leadership in the workplace. This course had an influence on me since it covered a variety of topics related to workplace leadership. There are numerous varieties of leadership styles, and each is appropriate in a given circumstance. I thought this lesson was really informative and that it really helped me grow as a person.

Future:
This course is going to help me in the future because it taught me how to be a more effective leader. It improved my communication skills, interpersonal skills and taught me the importance of team building.
